A new digital experience for Core Industrial's WeldBrush

Core Industrial had a product worth showing: the WeldBrush, a complete surface treatment system for stainless steel. What they needed was a digital experience that matched its precision. We built one, from strategy and art direction all the way to a website that makes the product impossible to ignore.

complete surface treatment system -

Core Industrial

Core Industrial builds precision tools for people who work with stainless steel. Their flagship product, the WeldBrush, sets the standard for surface treatment: fast, clean and reliable. They had the product and the reputation. What they needed was a digital experience that lived up to both.

Challenge

The WeldBrush is a precision instrument: a complete surface treatment system that cleans, protects and personalises stainless steel from a single device. But precision products live or die on how they are presented. Core Industrial needed a digital experience that communicated the engineering quality of the product without drowning the visitor in technical detail.

The challenge was to make something inherently technical feel desirable. To turn specs into a story, and a tool into an experience that a potential buyer would want to explore rather than scan.

Solution

We built the digital experience around the product itself. Cinematic photography and video put the WeldBrush centre stage, shot to highlight its form and finish rather than just its function. The website structure guides the visitor from a striking first impression through the product's capabilities to a clear next step: request a quote or book a live demo.

Every interaction was considered. Micro-animations bring the specs to life, the layout breathes, and the whole experience is built in Webflow so Core Industrial can manage and expand it themselves. Strategy, art direction, design and development came together into one coherent product launch.

Result

Core Industrial launched with a digital experience that matches the quality of the product. The WeldBrush no longer reads as a technical tool buried in specifications. It reads as a premium industrial product worth investing in. The site works as a launch platform, a sales tool and a lasting brand asset, all in one.

Photography videography

We shot the WeldBrush the way it actually works: close-up, detailed, no staged lifestyle scenes. Every image shows the product doing what it does. The video content follows the same principle. Short, focused clips that demoik heb nstrate the tool in action, built to work as well on a product page as they do in a sales conversation.

2 shoot days with Drop of Lemon perfectly displays the WeldBrush

To capture the WeldBrush the way it deserves, we teamed up with Drop of Lemon for two dedicated shoot days.
Every frame was directed to highlight the product's form, finish and precision, turning a technical tool into cinematic imagery that carries the whole digital experience.

New web experience

Build in Webflow
The full Core Industrial site is built in Webflow, giving the team complete control over content without touching code. Every section is structured to move the visitor from first impression to a clear action, whether that is requesting a quote or booking a live demo.
Webdesign

Every section was built to move the visitor forward, not to hold their attention for its own sake.

Clear structure, fast loading and a layout that guides the visitor from first impression to the next step, without friction.
